We seek a group of two or three for Spring semester in our beautiful, furnished lower flat in a friendly community of international and US scholars and businesspeople.
The flat has a big, airy living room, nice kitchen, on-site laundry, drawers and closets for your clothes, linens, plenty of heat, plenty of light, and high-speed Internet. Each bedroom has something special: a private patio, private entrance, or an in-room plumbed vanity.
Outside is a shared garden patio, and a few hundred feet away is a park with tennis and basketball courts.
Ecological features include Energy Star appliances, zero-VOC paint, floors made of fully-renewable and warm bamboo, fire-retardant, yet zero-VOC, insulation made of used blue jeans, a dual-flush toilet, a pauseable shower head, dual-pane windows, allergy-free convection heaters, and tankless water heaters.
No pets, no smoking. A security deposit and housemate references are required.

There is reliable on-street parking near the house. Nearby are BART and buses. We are one BART stop from campus, and the trip is also easy by bike.
When you prequalify, please tell me about yourself: for example, where you work or study, the dates you would like to stay (more or less), where you're living now, and so forth. The flat you are applying for is called "Lower."
