How to get the best price
In general, we have three acceptable end dates for leases: December 31, May 31, and July 31. It would be best for me if all leases ended July 31, and all leases were a year long. But at this pont, we can't do both those things.
$1,233: Therefore, if your lease begins January 1, 2027, and ends July 31, 2027, your price will be $1,233. If you renew the Summer of 2027, you will renew for a year, so your renewed lease will end July 31 and be a year long, and you will still have the best price.
Also $1,233: If your lease begins January 1, 2027, and ends December 31, 2027, you will stay a year, so again, you will have the best price, $1,233.
$1,299: The normal price is $1,299. People who stay less than a year and leave December 31 or May 31 pay $1,299. It is still a great deal for a beautiful garden cabin with its own bathroom.
