We seek a group of four for our beautiful, furnished lower flat. Other people in this building are friendly international and US scholars. The building is behind another house, away from the quiet, oak-lined street.
The flat has four bedrooms, a big, airy living room, two kitchens, two bathrooms, on-site laundry, drawers and closets for your clothes, linens, plenty of heat, plenty of light, and high-speed Internet. Each bedroom has something special: two have private patios, two have private entrances, and two have plumbed sinks at hand.
Outside is a shared garden patio, and a few hundred feet away is a park with tennis and basketball courts.
